Family Medicine Dr. Zephier joined our medical staff in August 2009. He earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University, Des Moines, Iowa, and he completed his residency at the Sioux Falls Family Residency Program through the Center for Family Medicine in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
