Our Emergency Department staff provide emergency care around the clock and provide patients and their loved ones with a calm, familiar face during uncertain healthcare situations. Led by ER Director Dr. Thomas Chapa, our team includes Tanya Letham, PA-C, Jordana Neeman, PA-C, and a host of highly trained medical staff.
Avera eCare Telemedicine
PCMC also enhances patient care through Avera eCARE eEmergency, an innovative telemedicine system that connects our emergency room to board-certified emergency physicians in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This two-way video technology provides real-time collaboration, offering additional expertise to support our local providers and improve patient outcomes.
